New Year...Old Friends

So this year we rang in the new year with the same ol' gang and it was a blast. Although not as rowdy and INSANE as we thought maybe it would be (yes we are all old and tired and of course...WITH KIDS!) but it was fun none the less. Little Band Hero, little "Are you smarter than a 5th grader" and a little Jenga...and some drinks to top it off. Haha. Yes we know how to have a blast (that was wrote with a little bit of sarcasm).

Almost all the kids that were with us (the girls went next door to Emma and Katie's to ring in the new year) stayed up. Xander lasted till about 1150 and ALMOST made Matt miss his turn at Jenga (which made him lose the game anyways), but Jack and Rian were troopers and totally stuck it. Jack was challenged by Matt so I think he had to prove a point that he was a "man" and stay up till midnight. Poor guy was SOO tired but he did it anyways.
