One in a million!

It is a rare occasion that I get my friends from AZ out here, it is an ever rarer occasion that I get Shawn to sing Karaoke. IN fact that never happens, there is a one in a million chance you can convince him to...We got him to.

More Parties. Really?

Man I told you we had Rian's partybut after that came Susies, then we had Noah and Aadens, then my mom got a promotion and then Shawn was out to visit for a week from AZ. I tell ya. If I didn't know us better I would say we totally have busy lives. I dont know how anyone keeps up at this pace because my body is all but running away from me (and I bet if it could figure out a way it would!). I have some pics from everything and I know I mentioned Susie's bday last post but now I have some pics to follow up. At some point I have to upload the vids from a couple good songs that were song, courtesy of Shawn, RC and Gabe , but I can't do that right now :) Going to keep this "reading part' short and post the pics and no these are not in the right order of how the events actually happened but enjoy anyways!

So the birthday party has come and gone and before I get into another birthday weekend I wanted to be sure and at the very least post some pics and just a few words. We had a great turnout and although the cake had my arms aching and my stress level up, it turned out really great. I am excited to make some of these other cakes now. Rian did great and although he had a few meltdowns I think it couldn't have turned out any better. Thank you to all of you who showed up, those of you who sent gifts and of course, to those of you who were here via our thoughts!

We also had a celebration for our 'nephews' and it was great. We actually just crashed their football/official bday party by showing up. Haha. Noah and Aaden turned 2 and I am soo glad we are getting to spend another birthday with them. We weren't there for their birth but so far we have been at each and every birthday and that rocks. I feel like even though we were gone for many years we are doing some major catching up! I know we got to the house late for the party but we were able to get a few pics and wouldn't you know it, I got some presents that Noah was absolutely thrilled about...PUZZLES! He is soo smart. He knows his entire alphabet and numbers by just looking at them. HE rocks. Aaden was was thrilled about the talking Woody we got him (yes that sounds bad) and I am just glad that I got them smiling! I didn't get a picture with them, but I swear one day I will make them love taking pics with me. Haha.
